Training Hall Rental
For the committed trainer! Available when classes are not running to students (virtual included). For your personal training needs. Practice out of the elements, let your dogs have a rough and tumble in a safe space, prepare for an upcoming trial and more! Rent our training facility by the hour and take advantage of our fully matted ring, obedience and agility equipment. For our current students, check out our Preferred Client Option.
The Whole Hall
Cost – $25 per hour. + HST
Each additional dog is $25 per hour.
You are eligible for equipment use if you fully understand it’s use.
Damaged equipment must be replaced be the renter.
Single Hall Rental
Packages if you are not currently enrolled in a class but have been a student in the past.
This packages are one handler and one dog. 2 handlers 2 dogs count as two hours etc.
Please contact if you have different requests we can work something out.
3 hours – $50 + HST
4 hours – $56 + HST
6 hours – $80 + HST
*hours do not carry over into future months.
Preferred Client Monthly Membership
Perks for our Current students to work on your skills!
Any current student can become Preferred Member by being enrolled in a course with us. As a Preferred Client, take advantage of low rate bookings.
2 Options
4 hours – $45 + HST
6 Hours – $55 + HST
Get early booking privileges, and on-line access to our booking calendar. You must sign up for Preferred Member before the 3rd of each month. This ensures that I have enough space to accommodate everyone’s hours.

Fine print for monthly and one time bookings
Full payment required at time of booking.
You are welcome to book 2+ hours at time (counts as 2+ of your monthly hours), this may be desirable if you plan to set up equipment and give your dog breaks between runs.
One time bookings must be booked at least 24 hours before (*for Hall Rental not PM)
No refunds unless given a 24 hour notice of cancellation(*for Hall Rental not PM)
5 Hour notice required for cancelling a PM Slot (Not for Single Hall rental)
Courtesy quick vacuum if required (treat crumbs, hair clumps) small vacuum will be provided.
Wipe down of surfaces touched (wipes provided)
Equipment used must be already fully understood by the student and dog.
Damaged equipment must be replaced by student
$100 fee for leaving the facility or lock box unlocked upon leaving or lost key.

We offer our facility for these events.
Cost for this ranges depending on needs, does not include set up or clean up, must be provided by you (the renter) or offered at additional cost.
Starting Cost – – $85/h
Available to friends of students and past/current students (exceptions can be made). Referral from current student may be required.
Facility is climate controlled, has a bathroom and kitchenette including a fridge and microwave if needed.
