We cannot say enough amazing things about Unleashed Niagara! We have a reactive 7-year-old dog with a difficult past and a 3-month-old puppy. Walking into this, we were anxious, but the trainers at Unleashed gave us the tools and confidence we needed—not only to raise a well-behaved puppy, but to help our trauma-filled, reactive dog thrive.

We started with Puppy Prep School, which was the perfect balance of small class sizes and personal attention. Even though it’s a group setting, the trainers meet you where you’re at, while also letting you learn from the challenges other owners are facing.

The Puppy Socials have been an absolute highlight. They’re so thoughtfully structured—puppies are introduced in pods, given safe objects to build confidence, and then matched to play with others based on their body language. It’s incredible to watch your puppy explore, learn proper play, and build social skills in such a safe, supportive environment. Plus—what could be better than a room full of puppies?

We’ve also done private sessions, which are fantastic for one-on-one attention. Between that and the group classes, we’ve been able to train with distractions and also focus on individual goals.

The biggest success? After just a month, our reactive senior dog has been able to meet our puppy without issue. She’s not just managing—she’s thriving. That is something we never thought possible, and it’s all thanks to Candice and Bridget. They are so responsive, supportive, and genuinely care about both the dogs and the owners.

Every visit to Unleashed Niagara feels structured, warm, and safe. They’ve not only helped our dogs grow, but given us the confidence to be the best handlers for them. If you want your dog to succeed—and to feel supported every step of the way—this is the place to be!!

Buffy has been apart of Unleashed Family since January. At 10 months we find that the family manner classes and fast track Wednesdays have been a huge success with him.
Both Candace and Bridget provide this first time dog owner so much knowledge and experience while navigating puppyhood.
While he seems to have lost function of his ears lately (teenager ears), he still manages to be a gentleman and we see his improvements daily.

Joining unleashed has been the best thing we could do.

Lottie just finished her first Puppy Manners class with Candice, and it was such a great experience! The classes were fun, clear, and engaging. I loved how patient and encouraging the training was—we’ve already seen progress! Thank you for making her first class such a positive one!

I can’t say enough positive things about Unleashed Niagara! From the moment we started puppy socials with our timid pup Maverick, the transformation has been incredible. Thanks to the guidance and support from Candice and Bridget, he has grown in confidence and developed a strong positive bond with our family.

Their classes are not only effective but also fun and engaging. The team creates a welcoming environment that makes learning enjoyable for both dogs and their human. They offer fun experiences, like pack walks and group paddle boarding. I never imagined paddle boarding with a six-month-old puppy or relaxing on a patio with him calmly at my feet — but these moments have become reality thanks to Unleashed Niagara.

Candice and Bridget are truly amazing and among Maverick’s favorite people (it’s easy to see why!). Their passion, expertise, and genuine care make all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Unleashed Niagara to anyone looking to build a strong, positive relationship with their dog.
